Cooke & Associates was founded in 1961 by Gladys E. Cooke, a widely recognized, top notch dental management consultant who dedicated more than 30 years of her life to serving the dental profession.

Whether teaching young dental graduates how to build highly successful practices or guest speaking at dental conferences and dental colleges around the country, Gladys Cooke's insight, guidance, and influence has helped countless Doctors of Dentistry develop eminently successful, well-run practices.

Since 1965, Cooke forms have been painstakingly developed, tested, refined and perfected. Today Cooke forms are considered by many to be the industry standard with entire dental management consulting practices built around their use. Gladys and her daughter, Fran Cooke, have helped many doctors of dentistry develop highly successful, easy to manage, well running and extremely profitable dental practices.
